What could be holding you back?

  Do you find yourself asking “why am I not having the success I want?” I am talking to people and showing them my opportunity but I’m not seeing the success I want.” What could be holding you back?

 

Ray Higdon said ” If you are still where you’ve been for a while there is something your holding onto.” 

What could it be though?

Is the problem something to do with where I’m from(grew up)? Maybe you loved where you grew up maybe you still live in the same town so if it isn’t that could it be a bad childhood? I’m not trying to pry at all just sayin these are question for you to answer not to share with me unless you want to! Maybe you have a major medical issue? I feel for you I do but while most of the rest of the world will pat you on the back and say “yea I understand why you haven’t had success.It’s okay.” I’m saying you can achieve success no matter what! There are people out there with abilities (disabilities) who have went on the do and create amazing things have you watch any of the movies about some of the inspiring stories The Miracle Worker; Helen Keller was the first def and blind person to earn a Bachelors degree. Soul Suffer about a girl who losses her arm in a surfing accident and overcomes that an still surfs, just to name a few.

You can do this; your past does not dictate your future nor does your current circumstances!  You can do anything you put your mind to. Stop getting in your own way.

I dont understand; do you?

     I don’t understand….Its easy for Jane Dough to say she made billions simply posting her deal on social media but she knows Mr, Zucherburg. If I knew him I’d be able to do this way easier. This deal just doesn’t work, I don’t have the money to keep dishing out to this deal I’m not making anything!

Do you agree with anything I just said? Well you shouldn’t! that whole entire statement is Unserving language. Every phrase that has been italicized are preventing you from achieving a vision that pulls you . If you want to be in a better situation, you have to see yourself in a better situation than you currently are without justifying where you are.I mean if you would like to stay where you are working that dead end job, hating every min of it by all means keep telling it like it is, keep talking to your friends and family about how you don’t, and can’t.

If you want to change your situation then first you have to change the statements you make instead of saying I can’t afford it try saying HOW can I afford this? You have to see yourself getting better before you will get better. When I first started my home business I was horrible I would either just get to nervous to say anything about my business or I would just ask a few questions and jump to are you open to making money on the side? I’m not perfect but who is I am getting better everyday. You can do the same you just have to stop saying how horrible you are or how your lacking in this area or that area. You must see you situation getting better I started to visualize being a straight up beast in marketing and I started to become a beast! You Can too!

I want to become a leading in in the marketing industry from home based businesses to independent contractors.

In order for anything to produce results you must put forth effort you can’t just have a vision your vision needs to be so powerful it doesn’t let you slack off that’s where your vision pulls you! You have to work hard to create a dent in the universe but it is possible.

Tanya Aliza is a marketer who is well on her way to making a dent in the universe because she is putting in the effort.Tanya was making a great paycheck but was completely time broke, she put in the effort and was able to quiet her job and now makes a living LIVING.She is a leader. This could change your life as you know it!

What could change your life you ask? This post, have you been in a home based business and looking on the internet for leaders to help you? If so keep reading my thoughts on this and it might help you even change your life as you know it.

Before I joined my current company I was looking for something I felt passionate about, and something I could see myself doing forever! I found it, but that isn’t what we are talking about today, before that I would “surf” the web looking for information about network marking. My results were lets just say SCARY!!! So many people who are claiming to be a guru, I already talked about how I felt about this term in an earlier blog post but these people claim to have the way to success. I’ve heard  all kinds of terms they use to make this claim such as “….. Keys to your success”. “…This is the exact path you MUST follow.” This list can be very long but I just picked the 2 I remember being the most popular.

Did you sign up with them and do everything they said? If so awesome thats great 🙂 If you did not did you blame the person who told you they had the keys to your success? How do you know they didn’t hold the skills you need to achieve success?  Or did you blame yourself? Because (an this may be life changing for some of you brace yourself) YOU hold the keys to your success. THEY can give you tools and training. Just like in any other profession you need to be trained. If somebody went to Harvard and failed out is it Harvard’s fault they failed? To me if they failed out it means they didn’t apply themselves for whatever reason.

I personally am learning one or two skills but they are similar skill sets. Recruiting, through several different ways social media, person to person, phone calls (from business cards) I wont lie when I joined I forgot how to talk to people, know that sounds funny but I became scared to talk to people I didn’t know I thought every signal person I saw Knew I was in network marketing and didn’t want to be bothered by me. That is not the right way to think that isn’t even true nobody knows unless I choose to tell them about it. So the next time you look at that Google bar and want to find a leader who is offering training, remember learn one skill at a time. Think is this going to improve on my ____ skill set?

Today

Today I am going to do a different kind of post. I am going to talk about my journey thus far in my own home based network marketing career. I joined this amazing company about 3 months ago. I decided to join this company because I love what it offers,I can truly see myself doing this for the rest of my life which has been a problem for me. I went to collage but didn’t finish because I couldn’t see myself in the career I’d chosen. After that I went to work full time as a server,house cleaner (maid), cna, retail(cashier) and all of those careers made me miserable, I may have enjoyed the people I worked with or the place in which I worked but the job itself was sooo unfailing.

I have not gone full time in my business yet! I will be full time by the middle of 2015. Like I said I can see myself in this career until I retire. I’ve seen an learned so much since I started this journey. I’ve over come more fears than I even knew I had. I’ve learned so much about myself and others with the amazing training this company offers. As I take this journey I will update you once a week on how my journey is going. I am fully aware this is a business and not some get rich quick scheme, and you need to be fully aware of this also. THIS is the easy button!!!! Seriously there are stories of people creating success in 3 years or less and there are stories of it taking 5 10 15 years, do you have that in you?

I know I do but there is no way it will take me 5 to 15 years! Can you achieve success in a J.O.B. in 3-15 years? Yes and no, whats your definition on success? Mine is to be able to help millions if not billions of people change their life for the better….

Do you want to become UNMOVABLE?

Do you want to become UNMOVABLE?.

Do you want to become UNMOVABLE?

I sure do, I would love to become unmovable no matter what the situation is. What would it feel like to you to be unmovable no matter what anybody says, not matter what happens, what if you lost everything you know and you could still go on with your daily life? For me personally that would be AMAZING it would feel like I was the Queen of my own world instead of just being in my own world being unmovable would make me feel like I was in complete control? Again, How would being unmovable make you feel?

So in my last post I said I would ask Ray Higdon what steps or training he took and he told me about a few blog post he made about this, mainly books he read, now I’m not going to list every book he has posted about since you can simply Google Ray Higdon network marketing books and then you can read exactly what he has to say about these books. I will tell you about the books I’ve read and the books that are on my list to read.

BOOKS I’VE READ;

Think and Grow rich by Napoleon Hill: Great book two of my favorite stories in this book are about: the first one is about a gentleman who wanted to work for Thomas Edison. This story is amazing the second the story about the gold miner who stopped mining 3 feet from a huge vain of gold. This book is awesome it may be old by man its pure gold.

The Motivation Manifesto by Brendon Burchard: I haven’t finished this book but what I have read has been amazing, this book is full of motivation 🙂 things such as we shall practice jot and gratitude, we shall not break our integrity. You can check out Brendon on YouTube.

I also watched the movie The Secret, the book or movie are both great it talks about the law of attraction, but Remember just thinking about how you want to help the children who are in foster care doesn’t mean that magically you will be able to help them you have to TAKE ACTION and KEEP a positive outlook on everything.

Now the list is way bigger than that but I want to mention that it isn’t just books that make you unmovable, its mindset the books help give you a path to develop this mindset. Training and friends also help now whenever I say friends I don’t mean Jo smoe down the road that is always negative and never sees the good in life. I mean the friends who are upbeat and happy Oprah once said some people are “mud in your wings” you need to get rid of those people trust me I know it can be hard even your best friend could potentially be mud in your wings.  Training is also a very big part of achieving this mindset. LIFE is always changing!

Yesterday I found out some pretty upsetting news, I will share this news with you all later whenever I have more information. BUT I will say that I have taken the news pretty hard. When you put everything into something and then it is taken from you its heart breaking, weather or not it is your personal endeavor or somebody elses, for me knowing you put everything into your business and for whatever reason it has to closes down, thats heart breaking for you and for others.

How do you move on when something you loved, put your heart, blood sweat and tears into is taken form you?Keep your head up, and look inside yourself and find a new goal to processed with.You can always try that endeavor again, or do something completely different. There are millions of options, but the last thing you should do is sit at home and think about how this didn’t work out you have to move on keep pushing forward. If you sat at home an just thought about how it didn’t work you will never move forward you might fall into a deep depression and nobody wants to do that, and your friends and family don’t want to see that for you either.

I have been listening and watching Ray Higdon for YEARS (well my whole life really) and that man is a rock, he is unmovable! He will do what he needs to do NO MATTER what is in the way. If you don’t know who he is Google him! We can all be unmovable. What would it feel like to you to be unmovable? Nothing anybody says can persuade you from you main goals. I think it would feel absolutely amazing I think if would be better than amazing. So how do you become unmovable? Well you will have to read my next post and I will tell you exactly what I’ve learned from the amazing Ray Higdon on how to have that unmovable mindset. 🙂

Should you Post about your company?

Should you share your companies logo, slogans, name, ext. all the time? Yea there are big companies that blast their logo everywhere but are you BMW or any of those other corporations? I don’t think so 🙂 :). First off, how is that working out for you? Are people joining and staying,creating success for themselves and possibly you? If you are getting results Awesome that’s great keep rocking! I have found this method isn’t quiet as effective as I’d like it to be and I bet if it doesn’t work very well for me chances are there are some of you this isn’t working for. If I share about kipfer INC all day most people are going to Google kipfer INC and there ARE GOING TO BE bad negative review pusssh some people are typing in NEGATIVE reviews about kipfer INC.

I’ve found that the saying ” people join people” is true sooo soo true. If you were opening a…. fish and tackle shop, and you needed a business partner for whatever reason, are you going to post on some social media sight over and over again a picture of the location and say who wants to be my business partner are you going to get many leads( people interested)? lets say 100 people responded to your offer, are you going to talk to all 100 even though you don’t know 85 of them? I don’t think I would want to open a business with a stranger.I’d either interview the 15 people I know and if they weren’t a fit I’d GET TO KNOW the other 85 as best as possible and THEN talk business. 🙂

If you are in a home based business you might want to consider not posting about your business and instead post about you, your life, the things you like. PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE NOT COMPANIES. 🙂 If your Branding yourself creating a space for YOUR name not your companies name you will get better results. If God, the universe, whatever you would prefer to call the higher power forbid kipfer INC goes under people only know me for kipfer INC not for me Amanda,first of all if the people only know me for kipfer INC and kipfer INC goes under, now people think poorly of me. IF they knew me for me, they might have a different opinion. Second you ARE GOING to turn some people off, they are going to think your account has been hacked(Possibly,if the already know you) or you are just a spammer, third you loss that element of surprise  like I said earlier they Google kipfer INC and now they have found something bad I mean there are good reviews for almost every company but most people are looking for the bad ones, then they tell you ‘ no thanks already saw it…..” So what if you just tweaked your method to posting most about yourself thinks, quotes, pics anything you like? I think you would get longer lasting business partners and customers.

Who are these GURUS?

I find myself saying who are these gurus? (all the time) I mean there are a lot of amazing trainers out there who are doing great things inside their own business’s, but who are these gurus they are talking about? Who are these gurus who are misleading people, telling them this is an easy way to make money its fast and simple…I just don’t know. I’ve personally connected with a lot of top earners in the home based network marketing industry and not a one of them has told me some hypey made up story about how easy network marking is. Not a signal person that I would consider a guru does this. Know just because somebody else’s method doesn’t work for you doesn’t mean they are a false guru everybody is different and you have to master skills before you can really say oh this guru over here is tellin “stores” about….(whatever it is…)

I don’t know, I’m sure not a top earner in my company, I’m not even making $1,000 a month. But I am 100% positive that people who you and I may consider a guru don’t consider themselves gurus! Most of the people I have connected with are real people who started from nothing some of them were homeless and are now making more money than a CEO of a major corporation. I know these people are working daily in the market to improve our industry and help people improve their own lives, NOT discourage people by telling them to do things that will never work.

Yes there are tactics that are old and just may not work out very well for you but do you honestly think they are setting you up to fail? I can’t tell you how many videos or blogs I’ve read where people are bashing a “guru”,why? Why bash somebody else’s approach? I mean if its helping them help others and it just didn’t work for you maybe it just wasn’t what you needed at the time. I worked for Kirby vacuums for about 3-4 months and the owner of the divison I worked for really believed in me. His wife and himself took me to several training seminars and payed for me to go I hadn’t been there for long not like the others who were going on the trips most of them had the awesome rings and were higher ups as I would call them but lil ol’ me got invited and I really was fired up I thought I could sell these vacuums because if they could do it so could I… I took notes at the seminars I payed close attention I really did lean a lot but when it was time to knock on strangers doors sometimes for 12 hours a day, you get discouraged. One day the “owner” told us to make a “game out of this, make a tally on one of your FLYERS ( 😦  ) for every door you knock on. So me and my team mates did I don’t recall their numbers but I knocked on 500 doors no joke, 300 people were clearly home, 10 people opened the door 0 let me in to do a demonstration. Can you imagine? I live in S.W. Fl its always hot, we would be dropped off at 9-10 am our team leader would take us to different streets and tell us to work one direction on one side of the street. It was insane, nuts I tell you! The team leader would drive around and do the closing if you got that far into your demonstration and bring you a Kirby whenever somebody agreed to the demonstration…You were on your own the rest of the time the only time during the day you got to be inside was a. during lunch or b. if somebody let you enter their home. So how many of you would last even 3 days doing this my friend and I started the job together after 4 hours our first day she was ready to go home, after 8 hours she forced them to pick us up and she then got dropped off so somebody she knew could pick her up an take her to get her car.

My point of this story isn’t in any way meant to bash Kirby or their sales tactics it’s simply to say there are tons of different ways to prospect and what worked for you may or may not work for John Doe. Instead of bashing others to sell your products just tell them what your product can do for them,their team,friends…. also testimonials are always an amazing way to sell something. 🙂 🙂
